Themed “Move your body, free your mind — let the music lead you.” This workshop focuses on connecting upper and lower body movements, building musicality, and dancing expressively by humming the rhythm instead of counting. Suitable for all levels, it’s a full-body workout that strengthens, stretches, and energises.
